Recently, Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology announced the list of 2020 municipal future factories and excellent industrial Internet platforms, and our company’s smart factory projects are on the list.

 

 

The first phase of the Mustang Battery Smart Factory project is dedicated to the construction of a smart workshop project with an annual output of 800 million alkaline zinc-manganese batteries and an automatic packaging project with an annual output of 80 million color batteries. Continuous development of ERP, MES, WMS, PLM, Richeer, QMS, andon , OA, Finereport, comprehensive security management platform, system integration platform and other sets of industrial software, in order to create a digital middle platform for the Mustang battery enterprise.

 

 

By breaking through the information barrier from the raw material workshop to the semi-finished product workshop to the packaging workshop, intelligent data interconnection, production control, quality control, material distribution, AGV control, etc. are realized to complete the upgrade from the digital workshop to the smart factory.
